A 4-week online evening series for deep rest and replenishment

This series is an invitation to rest down — to soften the edges, release the weight you’ve been carrying, and let your whole system exhale.

Each week we’ll gather for one quiet hour of calming, restorative practice designed to soothe body, mind, and nervous system.

You can expect gentle somatic movement and pranayama practices to settle and ground, followed by a long Yoga Nidra — an ancient practice of “yogic sleep,” a full-body guided meditation that invites profound rest and renewal.

One session of Yoga Nidra is said to offer equivalent rest as several hours of sleep.

As we move into the busy days of December and the lead up to Christmas, this series offers the perfect antidote — a space to unwind stress and tension, calm a frazzled nervous system, and help ease feelings of exhaustion, burnout, or winter fatigue.

Come as you are. Nothing to fix or achieve — just rest.
