A 21-Day Sadhana to Restore Energy, Vitality & Inner Strength
Join me for PRANIC BOOST - An online 21 Day Yoga journey designed to nourish your energy, restore your inner reserves, and support you through one of the darkest and most inward parts of the year.
We will start on Monday 12th January and journey through to Imbolc (Sunday 1st February) — a powerful seasonal threshold marking the first stirrings of spring!
This sadhana also spans the first New Moon of 2026, offering an opportunity for intention-setting and quiet renewal as a new cycle begins.
Why Winter Practice Matters…
Winter is not a time to push forward — it is a time to slow down, replenish, and rebuild.
Imbolc marks the halfway point between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox. The word Imbolc means “in the belly of the Mother” — a reminder that although the earth still appears dormant, new life is already forming beneath the surface.
This sadhana supports you to tend your inner landscape now, so that when spring arrives, you are not depleted — but resourced, grounded, and strong.
During this 21-day journey our focus will be on:
Nourishing the Kidneys
Rebuilding life force energy
Releasing fear, stress, and emotional tension
Restoring vitality, resilience, and inner strength
Winter & The Kidneys
In Chinese Medicine, winter is the season of the Kidneys (including the bladder and adrenals).
The Kidneys are associated with the Water element, and the primary emotion linked with them is fear.
Kidney energy is considered the foundation of vitality and longevity — often described as the batteries of the body. Chronic stress, overwork, poor sleep, excess stimulation, and modern life demands can all deplete this deep reserve, leading to exhaustion, burnout, anxiety, and a feeling of being constantly “run down.”
This sadhana is an invitation to recharge at the deepest level.
This sadhana will help you:

Your daily time commitment can be as little as 15 minutes, with options to go deeper on days you have more time.
This flexibility is intentional — the aim is consistency and nourishment, not pressure or perfection.
PLUS 7 Live Sessions
For accountability and shared energy, there will be 7 live sessions held on Zoom:
Mondays & Fridays at 7:00am
Special Session on Imbolc – Sunday 1st February at 7:45am (90 minute session)
Note all sessions are morning time and will run for around 55-60 mins apart from the Special Imbolc class which will be 1h 20mins. During the live sessions we will journey with different combinations of the sadhana practices in each session. These sessions will be available as zoom recordings and sent out as soon as they are available.
PLUS Optional Whatsapp Group for accountability, support and connection.
