A 21-Day Practice to Stay Rooted, Radiant, and Strong as We Enter the Dark Half of the Year!
Join me for a 21-day online journey to renew your energy and ground yourself through the sacred practices of breath, kriya and mantra!
At Samhain we cross the threshold into Giamos — the dark half of the Celtic year — the Earth exhales and the energy turns inward.
Giamos is the principle of winter: a season of darkness, wildness, and mystery — the realm of the untamed and the transformative.
It invites us to meet the primal forces of nature within ourselves — not to fear the dark, but to remember our own light within it.
This is the question at the heart of this sadhana:
How can we embrace the darkness while still shining bright ourselves?
Through the breath, we return to presence.
Through the breath, we hold our centre.
Through the breath, we shift stagnation, increase vitality and access a calm, clear and radiant self!
The practices in this Sadhana will help you:-
*STRENGTHEN your lungs and CLEANSE your blood
*Build RADIANCE and VITALITY in the Body for the season ahead.
*MOVE Stagnation out of your body
*HOLD YOUR CENTRE through times of darkness and change
*Build inner warmth and ENERGY as outer light fades
*Cultivate CALM, STABILITY + GROUNDED focus
*SHINE YOUR INNER LIGHT— BRIGHT and STEADY — through the darker half of the year
Practices include:-
*A Kundalini Kriya based on the breath to Strengthen the Lungs + Cleanse the Blood — build vitality, improve circulation, and purify your system to stay clear and strong through autumn and winter.
*Breath Meditation to Stay Radiant + Remove Negativity — a powerful pranayama to clear the aura, uplift your mood, and keep your inner light bright.
*Breath Meditation to Release Emotional Tension — gentle breath to dissolve stress, calm the nervous system, and bring emotional balance.
*The Magical Healing Mantra to Remove Negative Energies — a powerful detox meditation and a way of healing, clearing both the physical and emotional aspects of the self.

As we head into the darker months, it’s natural for our energy to dip and our mood to waver. Yet this season invites us to turn inward — to breathe life back into the body and keep our inner light steady and bright.

For Accountability - I’ll be LIVE on zoom on the following days .. Sessions will be at 7am UK TIME… Note this is morning time and NOT evening!

Note all sessions are morning time and will run for around 55-60 mins. We will journey with different combinations of the sadhana practices in each session. These sessions will be available as zoom recordings and sent out as soon as they are available.

*Optional WhatsApp Group for Accountability and Support
There is flexibility in this sadhana, so as to encourage you to keep going and practice every day.
* Your commitment can be from 15 minutes per day to 45 mins or more!
*There is the Kriya or the option to do shorter practices if you are short on time.
*If you are having a day where you really need to rest instead of doing nothing do the mantra or the nidra so you have practiced!
*Maybe you will mix it up and do different practices each day or stick to one
*Suitable for all levels
*Not suitable for pregnancy
*All videos will be accessible through until end of NOV.
