ABUNDANCE CODES - 8 Day LIVE ONLINE Sadhana
A Sadhana to shift out of scarcity, ELEVATE your energy and embody the ABUNDANT nature of the universe.
Join me LIVE ONLINE for 8 days of Subagh Kriya – a powerful Kundalini Yoga practice known to transform your energetic field and clear blocks to abundance.
We begin on the auspicious 8/8 Lions Gate, a cosmic portal of expansion and activation, and move together through 8 days of daily practice together as a community.
Each morning we’ll meet live on Zoom at 7am UK time (7.30am at weekends) for a different warm up or breath practice followed by Subagh Kriya and a short integration.
Each practice will last 45-50 minutes and the recording will be sent out shortly after, so you can practice in your own time if you can’t make it live.

Subagh Kriya
