Awaken Spring Equinox Retreat - Llyn Peninsula
❋
March 27th-30th
Beautiful New Beginnings are Everywhere for Me Now
Spring is nature’s reminder that after dormancy comes rebirth. It is a season of transformation and growth - a time to focus on new beginnings, the dreams you wish to nurture, and the seeds you want to sow for the year ahead.
Join me for Awaken, a beautiful Spring Equinox retreat held at a calm, light-filled country sanctuary on the stunning Llyn Peninsula – to spring clean body and mind and make space for your dreams and intentions to blossom this year.
This retreat feels super special as it marks a return to one of the very first venues I ever used for retreats - it truly is the most stunning place.
The Venue
In The Country is a modern country retreat set within 15 acres of open farmland, surrounded by expansive mountain views and big skies. Recently updated, the house blends a fresh New England–meets–Scandi aesthetic with comfort, warmth, and simplicity.
The space is calm and spacious, with light-filled rooms that invite rest and ease. A short drive in any direction brings you to stunning beaches and dramatic coastal paths, offering plenty of opportunity to connect with nature and the elements.
Despite feeling wonderfully peaceful and remote, the venue is easily accessible - located around two hours’ drive from Manchester.
The Practices
Spring is nature’s reminder that after dormancy comes rebirth. As the days grow longer and light increases, this retreat offers space to reset, reconnect, and realign - physically, mentally, and energetically. The practices will be centred around Kundalini Yoga and Yoga Nidra and designed to bring new energy to the body, inspiration to the mind, and a gentle sense of waking up - clearing out the old and paving the way for fresh perspectives and new ways moving forward.
Think of this as a seasonal reset: fresh energy, new ideas, and a lighter way of being.

Food….
The meals will be lovingly prepared by Danusia, an Ayurvedic, plant-based chef who believes food is medicine.
Her cooking is rooted in fresh, whole, seasonal ingredients - locally sourced, organic where possible and made from scratch. Inspired by her love of travel and culture, Danusia’s carefully crafted menus are vibrant, nourishing, and full of flavour.
Living close to nature herself, she is also a seasoned forager and loves to incorporate wild ingredients where possible, bringing an extra connection to the land and seasons.
