My own story is one of darkness to light. When I discovered Kundalini Yoga 16 years ago I was in a very dark place and on a deeply self destructive path. Kundalini Yoga saved my life - it truly enabled me to move out of the darkness into the light. It has helped me break destructive patterns and habits, to overcome chronic anxiety, given me the confidence to make big changes in my life – like leaving my old career to set up my own successful business creating sold out yoga events and retreats around the UK.
